HERE'S JUST SOME OF THE FEEDBACK WE'VE RECEIVED ABOUT OUR BIRTHDAY PARTIES...
Serella was awesome sorting the whole party, very friendly and good with kids, we didn't have to worry about anything. Don't know other names, but they all were very nice, helpful and professional

Chloe was our party host and was lovely and friendly, and did everything and more for us

The flexibility around parents being able to go in and see their children, check on them is brilliant. Thank you so much. It put all parents at the party at ease to know they were all having fun, were safe and had a safe person in the host to go to when needed. Emilie deserves a bonus! She went above and beyond for our boys. We cannot thank her enough.

We had Chloe at Xscape for our party, and she went above and beyond to make our party work. We've had parties elsewhere and always had to chase people for help, but she was always ready and waiting for the next stage. All of the children had a great time and the adults were happy too. I would definitely book again due to Chloe

Isabelle was a fantastic party host. She knew what she was doing and had confidence when communicating with us and the children meaning that the kids listened to her and we knew what was happening every step of the way. She's the best party host we've had at multiple different venues over the years!

Emillie - She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. She made sure everyone understood the games, kept everything organised, and created such a fun atmosphere for the kids. Thank you for such amazing customer service, staff like her are a huge reason we would happily come back again!
Ms JA, 2026
Our party host did a fantastic job! Attentive, helpful, clear instructions, took care of birthday boy's wish which was cherry on the top.
