The basics
So what actually is laser tag?
Think of it like “tag” with high-tech gear. Your phaser sends a harmless infrared signal (like a TV remote). When you hit another player's sensors, you score points. Different game modes change the rules - sometimes it's teams, sometimes it's every player for themselves, and there's also 'bases' that can be destroyed for extra points.

No running, no physical contact, no projectiles. You can get competitive without worrying about bruises or mess.

What to expect
What it feels like
The arena is low light with glowing features and music - like stepping into a sci-fi set. You will be moving, laughing, hiding, chasing, and planning your next move.

Do I need to be fit?
No. Play at your own pace. Some people keep moving, others play tactical and steady - both work.
Is it scary?
It is exciting, not scary. It's more “sci-fi” than “horror house”. Our game marshals are always on hand should you need anything.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and sensible footwear (no high heels please!). You will be moving around and using cover, so dress for action.
Tip - white glows brightly under UV, so if you don't want to be a shining target then avoid lighter coloured clothes!
